Description:** Home for the shipmates of the Big E. Founded in 1986 by Enterprise plankowners, the USS Enterprise Association reunites the sailors, shipyard workers, families, and friends of the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier — and we still count a couple of veterans of the WWII Enterprise (CV-6) among our members. The Big E family looks forward as well as back: sailors of the future USS Enterprise (CVN-80) are welcome too. We hold annual reunions, locate and reunite former shipmates, preserve the ship's history and memorabilia, and support scholarships for Enterprise veterans and their dependents. Next reunion: Mobile, Alabama, September 2027. If you served aboard any Enterprise — or love someone who did — welcome home.
